I supplied my own LVP flooring and it was returned to me quickly and ready to go!! The noses look great, nice and even, no damage to the underlying backing.

I would typically have low expectations for service and communication when ordering online from a company I’m unfamiliar with. TreadsPlus was a pleasant surprise. Nick responded quickly to every question and bent over backwards to find the specific LVP product I was looking for. When it was unavailable, TreadsPlus assisted in having my own flooring shipped to them and produced the treads I needed. The turn around time was just a couple days, which also was a surprise. But most important was a perfect end product that worked beautifully to restore my basement stair. Treadsplus exceeded my expectations at every turn. Thank you!

I ordered 1 1/8 x 48 bullnose I got 1 1/4 to 1 3/8 bend on 12 pieces it varied from board to board now I tried to get in touch with them about this no emails were answered and no phone messages were answered so now you want a survey well here it is now to be fair I used the boards mowing I would be the only one that would notice they were not all the same
Went out of their way to help me get my project moving forward. I really appreciate their helping me solve my problem — can’t speak highly enough of them.

Love that it is smooth without any overlapping for the bullnose. Since we supplied the planks it matches perfectly with the rest of our floors.

Great job, the planks were contoured perfectly. The return packaging was over and above what we typically see shipped. Glad we had noses made longer than needed because we had a cpl chipped at the end, but I'm positive that happened from our shipping (we used manufactures boxes). The chips look like what we see in New boxes from time to time. The turn around time was great, only a cpl days from when they received it until it was returned shipped. Looks great!
