Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $299.
Please note the following exclusions:
- Special Order Inbound Shipping Fees: For certain items that must be specially ordered, any shipping fees incurred will be passed through as a Special Order Inbound Shipping Fee.
- Oversized Items: Items exceeding 4 feet in length may not qualify for free shipping.
- Non-Continental U.S. Destinations and Alaska: Free shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the continental United States or Alaska.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times for your order depend on both processing time and transit time.
Processing Time:
Typically, we process orders within 2 business days. However, for some vinyl colors that require special ordering, it may take 2+ weeks for them to arrive. Since we offer 700+ colors, and local inventory fluctuates daily, for an exact timeframe, it's best to contact us directly.
Transit Time:
Transit time refers to how long it will take UPS to deliver your order. During checkout, you can select the UPS shipping option that best suits your needs and budget. UPS Next Day Air guarantee delivery the following day, while UPS Ground, the most popular and economical choice, varies depending on your location. Please refer to the image below for estimated transit times to your area via UPS Ground:

Please note that UPS operates Monday through Friday, with transit days excluding weekends.
Transit Time Summary:
While you cannot control processing time, you do have control over transit time by selecting the appropriate UPS shipping option during checkout. The total time for your order to arrive depends on both processing and transit times. For precise delivery estimates, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages:
Shipping Protection is available on all Treads Plus Orders, and will protect you against Lost/Stolen, or Damaged Packages. Claims must be reported within 30 days of the package being shipped. Please submit all claims to info@treadsplus.com. In the event of a damaged package, please send photos. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement of the exact color and size will be sent out. Replacements of different colors or sizes will not be approved. If the Shipping Protection was not purchased, Treads Plus is not responsible for Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages.
