Treads Plus 5-Year Limited Warranty
At Treads Plus, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our stair solutions. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and peace of mind. That’s why we offer a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all Treads Plus products.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failure under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Product failure during normal use due to structural defects
What’s Not Covered
- Installation, labor, and any removal costs
- Damage caused by improper installation or use
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, or discoloration due to UV exposure
- Any product not installed in accordance with Treads Plus installation guidelines
Installation Requirement
For this warranty to remain valid, Treads Plus Stair Noses must be fully supported underneath. Any gaps or voids between the unfinished stair tread and stair nosing may cause deflection or failure and will void the warranty coverage. If your unfinished stair treads do not overhang past your riser, please install new stair treads, or our Replacement Stair Noses.
Treads Plus stair noses and treads are a glue-in product only. Affixing them with finishing nails, screws or any other type of hardware fastener will void the warranty.
