At Treads Plus, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order arrives as expected. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy
Treads Plus makes custom, made to order products, and as such returned items are rarely resold. That being said, we strive for customer satisfaction, and now accept returns subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- An additional 10% restocking fee applies if the box has been opened.
- All returns must be shipped back within 30 days from the original delivery date.
- All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon receipt of returned items to Treads Plus, only unopened or undamaged products will be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at info@treadsplus.com. All returns must be pre-authorized.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Shipping Protection is available on all Treads Plus orders. This protection covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.
- To file a claim, email info@treadsplus.com and include photos if the package is damaged.
- If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement of the same color and size. Requests for different colors or sizes will not be approved.
- If Shipping Protection was not purchased, Treads Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available for a qualifying damaged or lost item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
For eligible returns, a refund will be issued after the returned product is inspected. Any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your credit card provider—posting times may vary.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at info@treadsplus.com.

Orem, Utah 84057 - Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance for returns over $75. Treads Plus is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
- To ensure accurate processing of your return, please include the original packing slip, or clearly write your order number on the outside of the box.
